Anemone Hurting. Revival tips??

Anemone was stuck in the overflow again today (GBT). I got him out, put him on the rock. He was sort of partially closed up. I decided not to feed him since I'd fed yesterday. He crawled underneath my rocks to a dark area, and now it looks like he's completely shriveled and tentacles are dark green and drooping. So I tried to shoot some mysis at him. I think some stuck. He's still sticky, but where he's at is complete darkness. I tried lamely to take him off to move him to a lit area, but he's stuck pretty good. Now I'm a little worried. Before he's always come back after being stuck. I could obviously move the rocks around to give him light. Or maybe I should let him rest the night. PH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate levels are cool. Any suggestions??

Best thing you can do right now is leave him alone. Feeding will only stress him more right now. If he wants light, he will move to it.

If he does not improve after a week or so, consider removal and treatment with antibiotics.
