It looks like majano, but hard to tell for sure. If it is, they're great if you don't mind them taking over your tank.

I think it looks like a ricordea. I'm probably wrong though.

I have a bunch of them. They are not majanos, they are worse. Joe's Juice doesn't work very well on them. The good news is their base in pretty tough. I use a toothpick to scrape them off a little or even stab and peal.
