Anemone not hosting

Anyone knows why is my sabae anemone is not hosting my false percula's?

Or is it backwards?

The anemone it's been on the tack for month and half and the preculas for 2 weeks.

Levels are ok, cuz the Anemone is doing GOOD.
She is browny and bright purple tips.

I had a bta with two clowns and it took them a month to make a home, but when they did they never left its sight

Absolutely! My maroon clown decided to host my mushrooms after being in the tank together for 5 years. Who knows if and when those goofy clowns decide to do what they want. I'm not saying it will take 5 years, but could take more than a month even.

Like was previously mentioned, it takes some time, so, like you said, patience. But also understand that the presence of an anemone doesn't automatically guarantee a clown will host in it.

I have a BTA for my clowns and they don't even know it exist and it's been a month and they don't go near it.
The clowns host my mag-float glass cleaner magnet.
Makes you wonder!

lol, mine ignore everything and host in some GHA??? only problem is my LMB is starting to eat their home :eek2:

i have perk's that are hosting a feather duster and want go near my BTA. it took 3 months just for that mass confusion! REEF-ON!!!

Maybe im just lucky but ive got a serbae both clown pairs ive had hosted within an hour or so. This was witht he anemone already in the tank and the clowns being put in after.

Could also be to the fact of some clowns more willing to host than others- Dont quote me on that thats just what ive heard

I had a pair of gold striped maroons and now have a pair of saddle back's

My serbae is the white singapore variety

Clowns are just moody you never really know they can host in some of the weirdest things.....
