Anemone not looking good

Hi

I have had my anemone for about 2 months and I have today found it looking like this. Can somebody please tell me if this is normal? Bits of pink string are breaking off now and again.

It's foot is still sticking to the rocks.

That is not a good sign at all.

What happened?

Something is not right and I would be worried about its health.

Anemone can sometimes deflate but not any close to the one in the picture.

Can you tell us a little bit about your tank setup and water quality? Any big changes recently?

Just did a 30% WC on Saturday.
