Anemone removal question! I need help!

I have a gbta that has it's foot inside of a rock on the bottoms of my tank. I want to remove it without taking apart my entire tank but I also do not want to damage the anemone. I've heard ice cubes on the foot works but I can't reach the foot! Any ideas would be awesome!!

Like a powerhead pointed right at it? I'm afraid of the anemone tearing.

I used a powerhead pointed right the anemone clone to get it to move off the rock and it worked great... trying to do same with another anemone right now and he just smiled and said I don't think so... just moved into the flow and stayed on rock... 50/50 shot...its worth a try... better than tearing a foot trying to remove
