Anemone removal

Hey folks, What is the easiest way to get a anemone to release from a rock?

I've heard that most people typically point a powerhead at the foot of the anemone, they seem to not like the extra flow and causes them to either move or release.

+1 on the power head, also heard rubbing an ice cube on the foot will get them to release, never tried it though.

You can also try placing something above it to cut out the light it should then start to move trying to get more light
