There are many potential reasons--some quite normal and no cause for alarm, while others do not bode well for the animal. Please give as thorough a description of your setup, anemone, tankmates, water parameters, lighting, etc. as possible (numbers where applicable, please). That way, anyone helping will be able to do so much easier. Provide a pic if you have it.
