Anemone, stuck?

I have a small BTA, that went to a coral / live rock that has long slit cracks, and he first anchored himself into a slit/hole but has now went all the way in. There is a larger opening further down the rook but its a good dark walk to get out and its tight. The slit he how gone down into is also pretty tight. Will he be able to work his way back out of this or will I need to help him? How are these guys with confined movements? Light is up, bright light, so he should know he needs to move back up, but it is tight. Any suggestions?

Either its fine and will come back out or its finding its final resting spot because its unhealthy..

Ya, its is certainly teaching me. Anything I do that I think is helpful its laughs in my face. Him/She and I certainly dont have the symbiotic thing going on!
