Anemone Turn White

No, that isn't normal at all. It is expelling its symbiotic algae, due to some stress.

What are the actually numbers behind your water parameters? (( Please include the temp and salinity ))

Also, how long have you had it?
How long has the tank been set up?
What size tank?
What lights ?
What do you use as filtration ?

Yep, we need to know all the background first. If it has been added to the tank recently, you may not have acclimatised it properly..which involves getting used to your water parameters and to your lighting...did you slowly increase the amount of light over a few days (so 2 hours one day, then 4 hours etc). Temperature can also cause it to bleach if it is real high. Let us know your water parameters, lighting etc and people will be able to help you out :)

It is not unusual for BTAs to bleach this time of year because tank temps go up a little higher than normal.

With good care and feeding a couple times per week, they will get there zoaxanthellae back in a month or so.
