The name evades me, but it is an anemone. A nuisance anemone that can reproduce quite easily, unless I am mistaken.
You'll want to do a search and figure out a plan to get rid of it.

I believe they are a form of Majano, only a prettier. I have them, but they are not a problem, actually Greg Hiller sales them, at least the kind I have.
