Another 125g stocking question

Depends on the fish themselves and the filtration you have.

If i stocked my 125 with fish for free id have a purple tang, a majestic angel, a school of 13 or 15 green chromis, a blue tang, a harlequin tusk, and 3 moorish idols.

I have a sump with live rock, a protein skimmer. also a uv that I currently am not using. I would like to change my tank up and get 1-3 large "show size" fish to keep. Ideally a clown trigger and possibly another fish or two. Any thoughts or suggestions on which fish?

That is overstocked imo.

I think three "show size" 6"+ fish would be the most to have in a 125.

I think the tusk would be awesome with a nice butterfly and perhaps a docile trigger like a redtail or bluejaw.

I agree this would be overstocked. Which triggers are suitable for a 125 long term? Live aquaria says 125 is okay for clown triggers.

I think a blue jaw or red tail trigger would be good. I am also in the process of setting up a 125ish size tank.

I plan to put dogface puffer, aussie tusk, bluejaw, auriga butterfly, and one more tbd (maybe a small tang). I would add them on the small/med size, and let them grow into it.
