I went to pick up my new 120g starphire from the reptile show today. here is my list of complaints
1. I asked for eurobracing front and 2 sides, nothing on the back to accomodate my horizontal overflow. They braced the Back anyway.
2. There was a quarted sized chip in the front corner of the tank in a bad spot.
3. They got the owner on the phone and i have never been treated so poorly in my life. I don't know how he does business like that.
After the tank not being what i wanted, being damaged, and finding out that my money was going to one of the biggest @** @#$%^ I've ever spoken to, i made them take the tank back. They said they will credit my card on monday. I was so excited to get my tank and now i'm heading to the city to drink away my sorrow.
I did go to Fishy and order and All-Glass 120g. (at least my money is going to someone who deserves it) the dimensions given at 48x24x24. I know with the plastic trim it measures more like 48.5x24.5 can someone with this tank please get me a dimension on the height including the plastic trim? i want to finish my stand and hood.
