Another Ice Storm.......

Ugh!!! Has anybody lost power yet I wonder? We have a nice thick coating of ice here in Riverside and I'm scared the power will go anytime..........

We didn't lose power for long, but this morning everything did reset at about 8am.

I sure wish it was snow instead of ice. Not looking forward to the snow on top of ice we're supposed to get later today...

We're only getting snow up here. 30 min. N of waterloo got about 3 inches on the ground again.

We just had the power go out for maybe 3 minutes. I've talked to friends from Ottumwa, and Cedar Rapids who are out of power

We just decided to turn up the heat in case we do lose power, so we don't start out at a low temp (we usually keep the heat set to between 63 to 65 degrees).

We just lost power in Cambridge about 30 minutes ago. Our power comes from Galeburg and it is out all along the way from there. Hopefully it will be short lived.

LOL yeah...my boyfriend is Canadian, and he likes the house cold year round. I've adjusted to it though, and it sure does keep the power bill down in the Winter!
