I'm intrigued by the fact that it'll be run by a marine biologist.

And the traffic in that area may be worth it for a quality store. Personaly I avoid that intersection like the plague, but I'd go for coral!

I haven't found any part of the US that doesn't have a marine bio grad either as an owner, or a worker. The bay area, Brians Fish World is owned by a marine biologist. Santa Cruz, I had a marine biologist working under me at a pet store. Dime a dozen I tell yah :lol:
