Another stupid question about moving a Anemone

My S. Haddoni has moved overnight to a pretty crummy location. He's wedged between my lr and the glass....looks like poo. What's the best way to move him to some real estate that I approve of? Or better yet, how do I get him to stay put. I keep telling him to stay but I'm not sure he can hear me. My dog on the other hand is motionless.
I've had him a couple of weeks and this is the second time he's uprooted and moved. The first time he moved to the interior of my Koralia. Not Good! He's survived that episode and has now moved again. You'd think he would learn.

About how much flow do you have on it and also any extra current that hits in its direction...

Is it eating well and does it ever hide/shrink up?

He appears happy, eats very well twice a day. I have not seen him contracted at all. The flow....really in both locations he has been is low/medium.

Does he require higher flow?
