Another Tang Question

I have seen lots of tanks with blue tangs and yellow tangs, and I was wondering if I could add a yellow tang to my tank with a currently housed blue tang. The tank is a 75 gallon, four foot systems.

I am upgrading my tank soon to a 125, but I think a better option then adding a second tang, would be to replace it with a Onespot Foxface
