I'm going to be moving to Chapel Hill, NC in late July from Washington, DC. I think my livestock will be ok for the drive down. I'm going to create racks out of egg crate and then move everything in large plastic coolers. I haven't figured out how to handle water movement yet, but I'm thinking a DC/AC power inverter hooked to the cigarette lighter ought to be sufficient to power a few small powerheads. What do you guys think?
The bigger problem I face is having some RO/DI water ready for me when I arrive. I was wondering if any fellow reefers in Chapel Hill would be willing to make up some RO/DI water for me the weekend of my move. I'd pay for the water storage containers (was actually thinking I'd just order them online and have them shipped to you) and would buy lunch or dinner/pay for your time. Anybody able to help me out? I would need about 80 gallons.
Thanks guys!
