another vit c thread...have questions

i cant seen to find the answers im lookin for....ive read that some of you dose your tanks with vit c and notice that zoas start to open up again. i have a few colonies that have been closed for a few weeks after an almost tank crash while i was on vacation.

the issues im having are mostly the same as some of you that started dosing with vit c.

the questions i have is.....

where do i get the vit c?
what brand?
how much do i use?

i read that someone was using vit c in tablet form. is it all tablet form or did they find something different?

can the vit.c be bought at like walmart or gnc or something....i see that its mainly a dietry suplement or whatever is why i ask

the biggest thing when buying the VIT C is making sure it has no addatives like rose hipps and such. but i couldnt really help ya much more then that, i dont dose VIT C anymore as it did nothing for me. there are others who swear by it though. so the best thing i can tell you or anybody else to do here would be to read thru the links i provided.

after looking around the best place to get the VIT C is the site i provided. they also run sales, so look around for online coupons before buying!

again, best thing is to read the links provided. i noticed no difference when i dosed but some do and swear by it. read the links and you be the judge. it may work for you or it may not.
