anthia feeding

don't really know exactly how i did this
but i got my trio of randalls anthias to eat marine chips
a flake food that instant ocean makes
is this healthy to feed anthias with in between regular feedings

It's really good if it's the omnivore one. A lot of proteins but it probably gets your water dirty faster? I feed mines NLS pellets, mysis and brine.
