Anthias help

I have a harem of red saddled anthias (pseudanthias flavoguttatus) in quarantine. 3 of the 4 anthias are doing great, but the 4th does not have much of an appetite, he is lethargic, his color is pale, and his tail fin is closed up. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks

probably best to setup a separate QT for that fish. likely is either sick or lowest on the pecking order... either way there is need to separate. even just a bucket, airstone and heater, and PVC for hiding spot(s) is OK for now.

do you notice any white stingy poop? indication of internal parasites if so.

do a freshwater dip and see if any flukes drop off also. if that is the problem, you can simply use PraziPro to treat.

They have gone through one round of prazi pro. I will try a freshwater bath. Should I use any medication while doing the bath? I have paraguard and methylene blue. I will try to figure out something for a separate qt for this fish. Thanks

I am beginning to think that the fish may have a swim bladder infection. She stays in one spot with her head down and her tail up, almost at a 45 degree angle. Does this seem like a reasonable diagnosis, and is there anything I can do to help her?
