Anthias with a few spots

I have an anthais with a few(6-8) larger(about 1/16th of an inch and perfectly round) off white to clear spots. I have had this fish in QT for about 1 week now. I think he had one or two when I bought him, but now has a few more. I have him in a dimly lit tank and it just looked like his scale was falling off. It looks like it could be a bacteria infection or maybe the start of brooklynella. I am wondering how to properly ID this and treat this. He is still very active and eating very well. I also have a goby in the tank and he shows no signs of anything. I bought the goby before the Anthais if that helps with the ID. I will keep an eye on it and if it spreads I will probably do a FW dip. I really do not have much experience with fish diseases so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I did some research and it could also be Flukes. I see everything is treated by Formalin so I think I will get it and do a treatment tomorrow. I would like to know if Brook would have already spread to me goby or spread faster than what is described above. I would also think if it were a bacteria infection that it would spread to my other fish or faster. I have access to penicilin tablet does any one know the PPM level it should be maintained at. My LFS does not carry up to date antibiotics. They are expired by years.

If they are flukes, freshwater baths are a great option to provide immediate relief to the affected fish. Just make sure that you match the temp and pH in the dip and you should be good.

Any chance of a picture before you proceed?

I do not have a good enough camera for pics. Thanks for the response. I went with that prazipro and the fluke fell off the fish in about 2-3 minutes. They really grew in size today so I am glad I got the meds for him. I just did it an hour ago so I will update in a few days with more long term results. I saw them falling off right as the fish was shaking. It was awesome.
