Any clubs Tahoe/Reno area!?

They are not arranging meetings for a while, I don't know why.

I am interested in meeting people in the area as well, I live in Reno.

Sierra Tahoe Reefers was the club up here. We had Carson/Reno ppl and Tahoe ppl but seemed to run into trouble getting the two sides together. As of now the closest reef meetings/swaps are MARS meetings at Round Table in Sac.

New to the area, and have commented here in response to a lack of a local club, resources, and frag swaps.

If there is sufficient interest, I would like to organize a club so that we can get together once in awhile, swap frags, equipment, manage group buys, etc. What I DON'T want is a stuffy environment with dues, officers, by-laws and what not!

I spoke at length with Jim at the new store in Reno (Sierra Aquatics, near Costco in Reno), who has offered to help out by hosting a meeting. I am sure we can work something out with Tahoe Coral and Fish Farm, Pet Station, and other local vendors as well.

Please PM me if you are interested. Would like to get together for a frag swap in late Feb/Early March if possible.
