Sounds like just mixtures of all the stuff I have already. Weird that they say the garlic can be toxic to corals- how do you prevent corals from getting it when you feed fish? Might consider trying it in a year or so when I need new stuff. Algae looks like Algae, which looks like what I pickup at the market for $1.99.
