any fish stores in Elmira/Corning/Horseheads area?

City Zoo...lake street Elmira...Not a bad selection of corals and inverts....fish selection is limited. They have come along way in the last year or so. There is also another one on Lake street about 1/8 mile north on the left...cant rember the name...Last time I was there...not so good, I'll leave it at that.

Elmira Heights has City Zoo which is on Lake Street off of rt 17 they have corals and some fish, they are moving in the right direction, long way from the rochester stores as far as quality and diversity of selection ,also just before that is another store can't remember the name of it Tropical fish something... If you go to Big Flats there is a Petco next to Old Navy out by the Arnot,actually across from Arnot... That is all I can think of..

there used to be a couple in Bath, but I haven't been there in years. The best thing I have found when traveling to a new town is to check the phone book somewhere like a restaurant and ask for directions from there. I have located some awesome shops that way.

City Zoo isn't bad.. The saltwater fish selection is teeney, but he has some nice corals there. Definitly glad I stopped, thank you!

isn't lake street the main one? I've ben downtown a couple times and i had an agenda. how easy is it to find

Bath is harmless...although there were always incest jokes about Bath when I lived in the Southern Tier. Killed a lot of brain cells in that town :eek1:. I don't think they have any fish stores any more. Corning used to but I think that is gone as well.
