Depending on your definition of "near" there is a good one up in the Allentown area.

I have never been before but That Pet Place/That Fish Place in Lancaster, PA. It isn't the closest but decently close and I heard it is nice.

Good luck I live in the area and there is not too much there is the hidden reef and a place in hatburo and both didn't have the cleanest tanks last time I was there.
