Any have TPP store flier? Getting 660 ballast

I was curious if anyone had a That Pet Place store flier with the % off discount coupon. I am looking at getting a new Ice cap 660 ballast and I am thinking with the % off coupon that may be the cheapest place to get one. Unless anyone else knows of another place?

I have like 4 or 5 icecap 660 ballast that I am going to be selling, but I want to test them all first. I got them when I bought a full aquarium system from a guy, but have went another route. Do you know how to test them? You are more than welcome to come take a look at them and show me if I have what I need to test them. I know that may be difficult with you spending a lot of time in Lewes, but let me know.

I asked ice cap how I might be able to test them. They said I could hook up any lights to it to test them. You have an old NO light laying around? I havn't yet seen directions for how to hook up a single bulb though.
