Is there anyone that can identify this for me? I saw it down the lfs today and wanted some info on it first. I have searched and found gonipora - not sure if that's what it is though?

Yep.. goniopora.. Can be very difficult to keep alive for a while..
Not a beginner coral at all IMO..
