Any idea what this is (the brown thing lol) they kinda look like zoo's but i have no idea, it just grew out of my lr, this is the best pic i could get with my old digital camera lol time to upgrade, thanks!

Can not really tell, I am guessing and this is not the right spelling unless spell check gets it Antipasia. Spell check did not, not nice stuff. Can over run a tank.

If it is round and on a stem, and looks like a feathery edges, I believe that is what it is, I am missing some thing on the spelling though.

isn't aipistasia usually just one main, how do is say this lol like flower i guess with several tentacles. this is like a group with very short tentacles and it doesn't disappear or go back in to the rock.

Aptasia does not go back into the rocks, it is brownish tan, go down about 10 threads here and read the 450gal with it, agin I really cant see it in that picture.

that is what I meant at the time for a lack of better thoughts, on a stem, round head with many tenticles on the perimeter of the round head.

isnt the trunk of the aipistasia filled with water? i have tried to pull them out by hand b4 and the drain themselves of water and go back into the rock with just the head sticking out, these never fill with water they just stay like this, they dont stick out at all or have long tentacles

Those are mature 4 year old ones on that tank, yours just sprouted if that is if fact what it is. Agen, I can really not see it in that pic.
