First pic is a Fireworm, they can deliver a painful sting. You probably want to remove it.
The second pic looks sponges or tunicates.

Agreed on the first. looks like a fireworm. The second might be sponge but might be a bryozoan of some sort too

No harm no foul. It is a reef aquarium forum, however you can't have one without the other and many members are avid divers.
Definitely not. We love dive photos. Getting specific answers though may be a little more difficult though is all.

Yep my first thought was some kind of parrotfish but the head markings reminisced of a wrasse so "I don't know" happened.
