OMG ITS THE BLOB RUNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though I have no clue what that is. It appears to be an LPS and it does have mouths. Where did it come from? Try posting it in the LPS Keepers forum and see what they come up with.

Is it hard or soft and squishy? I bet the dead skeleton underneath used to belong to it. It probably died off at one time and is now regenerating.

If you look closely, in the middle about midway between the tentacles you will see very small holes. I can't put my finger on the coral. LPS of some sort. That dead skeleton is stumping me. If it's even part of it.

You beat me to it, i was just drawing red circles my self, at least i'm on the same page as you for where the mouths are

Great minds think alike.

The more I think about it, I want to say an open brain. The dead skeleton underneath could have been eroded and not look much like it used to.

could also be some kind of encrusting LPS coral, but I like the regeneration idea, it gives me hope for the pearl bubble of mine that recently completed a 2 year process of reccession in the middle of the coral

I have been looking at this picture and I just have no idea. At first I was thinking elegance coral but I am pretty sure that is not what their skeletons look like.
