Any ideas?

SO about a week ago my Rhodactis sanctithomae just bit the dust. The oral disk deteriorated away and left just the outer ring of the coral. it detached and died a bit later. Then the other day one of my Rhodactis sp. did the exact same thing. They were on rocks very close to one another. Tank params are all fine, and all the other corals are the doing great including all my other rhodactis.

Question is, is it pathogenic or some sort of predator? ideas?
