nope sorry im from the northen burbs if you make it out to arlington heights take a look at coral paradise, really nice stuff and good prices.

I've been to Aquatica, and will never go back. I've been to Capture the Sea, it's decent, I'll go there for some things, but it's not my favorite.

Aquatica is one of my favorite stores Rob is a great guy and knows his stuff! I don't know what happened to redvipe2010 on his visit but have had nothing but good experiences there myself most of my corals have been purchased there and I've been around alot of stores and I don't think his prices are bad. He used to have a guy working ther that was kind of a smart *** but he's not there anymore. Capture the Sea on the other hand I thought was over priced and I don't remember his name but he had a scare on his arm, I thought he was a jerk. Animal Island has like no corals any time I go in ther and there salt water fish selection seems to be poor but I do lik the stoer for it's reptiles and they have good deals on crickets.

Been to all of them and thats why I go to Rods-Reef now
but if thats not an option the probally Go Fish is the best you have listed

Take a trip out to Kurt at Exotic Aquatics in Highland IN. He's been in business for almost 20 years and is the only local place I go for livestock. He's kind of "old school" and not hip with the newer equipment, but he's a great place for livestock.

A second vote for Kurt at Exotic Aquatics. His fish, my only experence, are top notch. About 10 minutes from IN/IL border 80/94 Kennedy south exit a few lights on the left at highway ave.
Was there yesterday and he got a new shipment of fish. He said another shipment comming next week.

Rod's is my favorite. Well worth the drive! He is polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. His Corals, Anemones, Clowns, and food are incredible! You wont have to deal with an attitude or see anything dieing in one of his tanks.

I also recomend Kurt at Exotic Aquatics. Great Guy, and knows his stuff. He is always helpful and did I mention he knows his stuff. I have never had a bad experience there. Lately he has been getting in alot of cool stuff on the coral end. And you can't beat his quality of fish. I have not yet gotton a fish from him that has died (thats 8+ years dealing with him.) Exotic Aquatics is worth the drive. Before I moved to Indiana I used to drive an hour and a half each way just to get good livestock. If you don't want to drive he ships too. Exotic Aquatics is also the only place I know to get Floridian live rock.

As for Aquatica nice place but the tanks are overstock for my taste but usually has a good selection, but again I just go to look.

Capture of the sea: went there once and will never go again. Overpriced fish, sick fish/ corals and poor service.
