I have dwarfs but a 15 would be too big for them unless you had a couple dozen or more due to the feeding density required. Most of the others require a tall tank due to their swim pattern during courting and I believe 20-24" of height is recommended. All of them are very social and won't do well unless you get at least 2 or 3. seahorse.org and the forum here have a lot of info. Same principals as what you are used to but very low flow and a few tankmate issues to watch but not bad. Oh, and when picking equipment you'll probably want to look at the iceprobe chiller and controller.
