I dose by the instructions. For me it works out to be 10ml of each part a day.

what is the difference between the A/K and the saechem elements ??

As for result within a month I had solid evidence.

I got some last week from fragfarmer.com

After comparing prices at thatfishplace.com I see that fragfarmers prices are severly out of line.

For what I paid for the 500 ml size of A and K at Fragfarmer, I could have got the 1000 ml bottles at ThatFishPlace.com and it would STILL be $10 cheaper.

I agree. Guess it was all about demand. Which we all have to pay if we want something that can't be found at a given time. I will be buying it from thatfishplace in the future if I continue to use it.
