Any place in the area carry phosban and not charge an arm and a leg?

I'm heading on vacation Sunday, and I need some phosphate remover quickly. I ran to a local store yesterday, and they wanted $25 for 150g of Phosban, which is nuts considering it's $12.29 at marinedepot. I don't mind paying $17-18 locally, but $25 is outrageous. So, anyone know where I can get it near Fremont for around $15-$18?

100% markup over their cost is not unreasonable for an actual store. So I doubt you'll see it much cheaper at any other store.

They pay nearly $12 wholesale, and being an LFS is out of business unless they can charge at least a double, I doubt you'll find the service of it being locally for under $20 ;)

$25 is the going rate I've seen everywhere. Since I like beating dead horses, remember that Marine Depot buys direct from the manufacturer and stores by from a distributor and mark it up double. Thats just the way it is.

Thanks, I'm just going to wait until I get back. CustomAquatic caries Phoslock by Magnavore for only $7.99 for 150g, or I'll find a place I can get the new Phosar media, which looks like good stuff.
