Any plumbers here or recommendations??

I had my pool resurfaced last October and haven't used my pool since. I also have a waterfall that feeds from the pool. Unfortunately, the waterfall is not working now and I need to figure out if the pump is bad(I turned it on and can hear the pump working but no water is being sucked out of the pool) or if the line supplying the pump was severed/blocked from the pool resurfacing.

If anyone here is a plumber I am happy to pay to get this figured out.
