. Your best bet for some decent LFS is ABC Reefs, ABC Reefs 2, and Fish Finatics. All in syracuse.

Also if you scroll down the main page, you'll find the club forums. URS(upstate reef society) would be our local club. It's mainly Rochester/Buffalo, and Syracuse area, but there are a couple from Utica on there as well.

Utica as well.
Finsh Finatics in Syracuse, they did some work on my 300. Great job and very pleased.
