any thoughts on our 55 gal fish list?

So here's what we're thinking of getting to put into our 55 gal. It's not even running yet.

pair of percs
YWG
flasher wrasse of some kind
leopard wrasse (I know it can't be added for ~6mos after setup)

Any comments are welcome. Thanks!

Mallorie, unless you have a top on this tank, a flasher wrasse will exit stage left (and egg crate will not keep him in). A leopard wrasse MAY work, but it would have a better chance if your tank were larger and definitely more mature.

Leopard wrasses are generally poor shippers and you really need to have a well established tank with plenty of live rock and sand just like Steve said to give them a fighting chance.

thanks! There will be a top on the tank and I don't plan on adding the leopard wrasse for quite some time if I decide to get one.
