Any threads on making Brine Shrimp?

I bought a bag full and kept them in a container with an airpump.

I fed them phyto, cyclop-eeze, but I think i fed them to my Seahorses too often b/c they vanished quickly. I thought they would breed and I'd have a lot, but that wasn't the case. I ddo think they bred, I just took out too much too soon.

I will be looking forward to others and their opinions on this as I want to have some handy as well.
