any wrasse recommendations for a FOWLR tank?

i know theres the other FO section, but this section gets a lot more traffic.

i will have a couple of angels, a power brown tang, and some anthias. tank is also barebottom.

would a Lyretail Wrasse work? are they big time jumpers? i'm willing to chance it in my rimless as i am with the anthias. will it harass the anthias??

also, what is the suggested QT method for wrasses? i 100% hypo/cupramine every fish before it enters my DT.

I qt'd my leopard wrasse and my melanurus wrasse with cupramine and prazi.

With that said, I'd never add a wrasse or anthias to a rimless tank.
