anybody ever frag an acan in half?

I was reading an article about coral grafting and I know some sps and LPs can be grafted but was wondering if anyone had tried with an acan. I see some nice bowerbankis and was thinking it would be cool if they could be grafted. My main concern is their tiny mouths. Any experience please share :bum:

Well if it can be done expect to see it soon. Jason fox, Justin Credible and the likes have been pushing this envelope. I have a buddy that is trying a rare branching lepto with the awesome jack o lantern lepto.

Yes they can be cut in half, just make sure they are healthy to start with.

I fragged a scoly in half to see if it would heal back up. It slowly receded and died but I have fragged a lot of acans. Never tried to graft before.
