It's easy to control them actually. Cut them at the base and boom they are gone.

Mine would always grow back from the base . My tank was over ran with them. Xenia and Kenya trees will never be allowed in my tank ever again haha

It's been 2 weeks and I see nothing growing back in that area. I scraped it off completely I'll wait longer and see if more grow in that area ..

Lmao they are the the worst to remove you can't kill them. Just toss the rock they are on. All it needs is a little spec of a nub to grow again. .

Rovster I have the same problem with bubble corals. I have not been able to keep one for the life of me and I can't figure out why.

i took a flat head screw driver and scrapped them off rock I wanted to keep. I have a few rocks sitting in a small tank with no light on it and they are still living. pretty sure you could pee in the water and they would survive.
