anybody heard of Catalina Aquarium?

I was looking for MH bulbs and came across these ones made by Catalina Aquarium. Has anyone heard of this brand. Are they good bulbs?

Catalina isn't known for being "high end" if you catch my drift. Do a search on the vendor feed back forum, or post in the MARS forum (Catalina is in Sacto). It's all fresh off the ship from China gear

I personally won't buy a bulb that Sanjay has not tested. I want to know the PAR/Spectrum/etc from an independent source, that was tested on my ballast. If I was keeping a softy tank, I wouldn't care, but I also wouldn't be using MH.

i have tested a pair of actinic power compacts and they dont look so great, one has burnt out in 3 months. they are cheap but not reliable or great in color.
