Anybody order from Mr. Coral

were they zoanthids? I risked it and placed an order. Zoas a mushroom and clove polyps. Will take pics and give my opinion when they come in. Alot of bad press, but I had 2 friends rave about it. even being small. $10 still was a good value to them with no losses.

No zoos. A couple acros, favia, chalice..... all were nice sized IMO. And all had polyp extention immediately.....except the chalice, and i.didnt.get a chance to.see them after the.lights went out. My buddy went down and bought a bunch of zoos and he hasnt complained.

My order came in today. All 13 look good. All from the $10 bin. They are all good size but the one, and I knew that from the picture. so no complaints. Dipped them and got them ready for the tank. They are now there. Dipped all in Coral RX and only found Astera (sp?) in the rinse water. Will get some pics later today after they have all opened.

Also got my rock from reefcleaners. Best dry rock I have ever gotten. It was also the best price I have ever gotten online too. will post some pictures later.

i have and pleased with my orders 90% of the time..

the guys at nano-reef is talking them into doing larger $20-$30 frags.

I read that. It was all zoas a mushroom and a clove polyp that I ordered this time. If I was getting acans, then I would rather have a bigger piece, but these $10 frags were on par with what I get as zoa frags from others.

I had 2 rocks pop off the frags, but that is not bad. I'm that fed ex came just short of punting the box. They all look good. Now I hope for no meltaways.

I heard that he has a ton more instore, so I think I will have to do a road trip. Maybe in April when my brother comes back from Iraq.

promised a pic of my order after they opened. I'm happy with the order.

I needed to order some rock for a column that I want to build in my tank. I added a note to the order explaining what I wanted to do and what sizes I would like. (softball - football size. table piece and as little rubble as possible. The order came in and I was so happy. All that I had asked for. My guess is that there was no rubble at all from the warehouse and the little rubble in the box was mostlikely from a rough ride in shipping. I've ordered dry base from another vendor and there was twice as much rock as I expected. Thank you so much. Thinking about ordering more to replace some of the crap in my tank. Again Thanks.

The yellow ones did not have a name. They were listed as "CRAZY!!"

I'm ok with no names. They looked good in the picture and they look good in the tank.

Sorry for.the.3 posts. My phone wasnt processing the request.

I got them in a trade and i like.them too! So Crazy yellow jibbers is all we have to go by?? Lol

Its ok about the posts. They are reallly neat. They are my second favorite from the order. My favorite is the blue with the yellow ring in the center. I also like the blueish clove frag too.

If anybody local is ordering from Mr. coral again soon, I forgot to add the red people eaters. I would love to tack that on to somebody elses order.

Glad you had good order from Mr. Coral. I have had a lot of success with his corals. The only problems i've had were some of his zoas had pox. With his sps its been on and off with me i've had some great pieces from him and then i had some other pieces that rtn'd .
