Well my daughter just broke my p&s (casio exilim ex-z55) that was actually pretty good for its macro but not very strong in distance or flash intensity and speed.
Well i'm looking at this as an oppurtinity to jump into dslr however money is a lil tight right now. my local electronics store where i have available credit has the sony a200 for $499. i read some reviews and it seems like a good introductory camera that can easily be upgraded w/ lenses in the future.
I'm not a great photographer nor do i ever intend to be one but i do take pictures of the family and just random stuff. is the a200 a good option for me.
