Anyone care to chime in on this?

Bogus junk science. I didn't watch the video from beginning to end, but I did quickly notice they made multiple claims that were either completely false or were represented as fact when the answer is not well understood. Also, the vague "studies have shown..." line without actually providing any information about the supposed study in question is a classic red flag for BS.

Maybe if they played a little more background flute music I would buy into their magic water.
 
Many honest and rigorous scientific studies have been done concerning the longevity of the Okinawan people. All that I'm aware of concluded that it is due to lifestyle, both activity and diet. It's not impossible that the water they drink has some small part in it, but this looks like just another bottle of snake oil. No amount of mineral water is going to save you from that 2000 calorie, chemical filled, cheeseburger meal you had for lunch.
