There's a thread over on MOFIB where this has been done at a large aquarium.

Queen Triggers have been raised, and people have had crosshatch triggers spawn.

has there ever been blue jaws bred? would it be possable in a 125gallon? How many gallons would a pair of blue jaws need? And at what size do bluejaw's "pair up"/ capable of spawning?

sorry for all the questions, I'm trying to decied weather to gat a single or pair of bluejaw triggers...

I would say that they would need a large aquarium to breed, they are active fish (In my experience) personally I would say a 225 or larger would work a 125 is kind of small for full size adult triggers (up to 12") to breed. But I wouldn't say it's impossible, personally I would say give it a go, Google is your friend do some research.
