Anyone ever treat a Coral Beauty w/ ick?

I have a 55 gallon loaded w/ rock (formally live - trying to regenerate for almost 2 months ...:hmm2:

picked up a coral beaty on friday ( saw him eat @ lfs), ate a little when i got it home & has eaten defrosted mysis soaked in selcon - not fond of flake yet ...

Anyway, it was a flawless specimin, until I noticed a speck on it's head - today it's bigger :mad2: & seems a little lethargic or maybe getting used to it's new "diggs" .... Sooooooo ... to make a short story longer:

have any of you dealt with an ick issue & is after a few days, does the Coral beauty "cruise" instead of moving like it's a target, LOL?

BTW: none of my other fish (3 damsels, 1-red coris wrasse, & juvi sailfin tang) are "spot-free"

Like to hear your thoughts - thanks in advance
Rob

The coral beauty definitely moves more methodically and slower than a Tang or wrasse. I would say it cruises.
