Anyone got a good DIY Reef food recipe

Thinking about making my own fish/coral food, does anyone have a good recipe they suggest to use.

I have the king kong of food mixes... It cost $100 an ounce. For your first time it will be free but once your fish and corals get hooked thats when it will cost ya!
