I bluit mine out of PVC plate and pipe. I have no pipe, but I have the plate. Let me know if your interested in looking at my design. I could hook you up with enough PVC plate to build one like mine for no charge.

Could you use a phosban reactor for this? I wouldn't know, but i have one for you cheap if your interested.

I recently built one. My design is a bit different than c_stowers but works on the same principle -- using the auto topoff pump to stir the kalk. I think mine is a little more spendy (around $70 in parts). It's been going for a couple of weeks now and seems to be working well. Here is a link:

danieljames, I'm interested in the phosban reactor. Is it the one with the screw top? How much do you want for it? I'm wanting one to run carbon.
